    No smoking or drinking while on the job.

    Driving allowed only during company-approved events.

    Timeliness & Attendance Requirements

    90% timeliness required.

    98% attendance required.

    No Call No Show may result in termination.

    Requests must be submitted at least 10 days in advance.

    Approval is not guaranteed.
